Go Developer Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Golang Developer to lead the development of our AI-powered agent software for the Espresso Labs RMM system. As the Lead Engineer for our agent technology, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, architecting, and building scalable, high-performance software that leverages the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement the core architecture for our cross-platform (Windows and macOS) agent software
• Lead the development of high-performance, resource-efficient code that can run seamlessly on client systems
• Integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into the agent, enabling autonomous decision-making and problem-solving
• Collaborate with the AI team to optimize agent-AI interactions and implement new AI features
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
• Mentor and guide other developers on the team
• Drive technical decisions and innovation in agent development
What You’ll Build
• Intelligent agents that autonomously monitor and manage IT systems
• Scalable, efficient software that can handle complex tasks with minimal resource usage
• Cross-platform solutions that work seamlessly across different operating systems
• Advanced integrations between our agents and AI systems
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Go, demonstrating mastery of the language and its ecosystem
• Strong background in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications
• Proven track record through open-source contributions, successful projects, or technical leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
• Excitement about working in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience with cross-platform development for Windows and macOS
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML integration in software applications
• Knowledge of system-level programming and OS internals
• Background in building monitoring or management tools
• Contributions to significant open-source projects
• Experience with protocol design and implementation
